Front of house
How front-of-house staff sign in, what they see, and how door sales and scanning work.
Front of house is for staff at the venue: the events they are assigned to, the orders for those events, and scanning tickets at the door. It is not the full merchant menu.
You sign in at the same login as everyone else. You land on Workspace, not on a sales screen.
