What you cannot do

Merchant tasks that stay off the front-of-house menu.

Front of house is the door, not the office. These stay with the merchant:

Creating or editing events, prices, sales windows, or sold-out flags.
Venues and seating charts.
Company artwork, contracts, and team invites.
Financial reports and the spreadsheet export.
Complimentary tickets: blocking seats, sending free tickets, or reserving seats for a guest to pay.
EFT. Door payments are card, Speedpoint, or a card machine.
Event statistics on the merchant event page.

You also cannot sell a ticket for a merchant you are not assigned to, or scan an event you are not assigned to. If the scanner says you are not assigned, ask the merchant to add you to that event before the doors open.
