Workspace

What the merchant Workspace shows, and how it differs from Financial.

Dashboard in the menu opens Workspace. It is the home for owners, administrators, event managers, venue managers, marketing, and front of house.

What you see

• How many events you have, split into upcoming and past.
• Recent sales: orders, tickets, and revenue for the period you pick.
• Coupon use on those sales.
• A short overview of the account. Seats still open and seats booked fill in as each event's numbers come back. A pulsing cell means that event is still loading.

What is not on Workspace

You do not edit an event, take a door payment, or invite a teammate from this page. Use the menu:

• My Events for the event list and the create wizard.
• Box office for selling at the venue.
• Scan tickets for the door scanner. How to use it is in Entry scanning.
• Commerce, Catalog, and Team & account for the rest.

If a tile is missing, your role does not include it. Front of house never see venues, seating charts, the Box office tile, financial reports, or team management on Workspace. Their door sales are described in Front of house.
