Orders

How front of house looks up an order for an assigned event.

Orders lists sales for the events you are assigned to. Open an order for the buyer, the performance, the seats, and how it was paid.

The reference you read to the guest looks like SM- followed by eight characters. Use that on a card-machine receipt. It is not the long internal id.

A door sale can show who rang it up. A coupon is a discount. If the guest still paid the balance on a card machine, the payment stays the card machine.

You cannot change the buyer's email from this page, and you cannot turn a paid order into a complimentary one. Ask the merchant or Seatme support if the tickets need to be resent or the email needs to change.
