Door sales
How front of house sells tickets at the door, including payments and door-only prices.
Front of house can sell after the public website has closed sales. Buyers on the website cannot. Your Workspace does not show a Box office button. Door sales use the external box office while you are signed in.
Open seatme.co.za/box-office after you have signed in. You only see events for merchants you are assigned to. A cart that mixes in another merchant is blocked.
What you can select
- The public ticket types for that performance, including after online sales have ended.
- Ticket types marked at the door only, only when that performance is today. The price still shows for everyone, with "(at door)" after it. Only door staff can select it, and only on the day.
How the buyer pays

You do not get EFT. That is for full box office and administrators.
A coupon lowers the amount due. It is not a payment method. If the buyer still pays the rest on a card machine, record the card machine.
