How front-of-house staff sign in to Seatme and where they land.

Front of house uses the same login as the rest of Seatme.

   Accept the invite

   Open the email from your merchant and accept it before you sign in. The invite is what gives you front of house, and it can limit you to certain events or venues.

   If they change the email on the invite, the old link stops working. Ask them to resend it.

2. 2

   Sign in

   Go to seatme.co.za/login. Use the email and password on the invite, not a ticket you bought as a customer.

   You land on Workspace

   Front of house opens Workspace. You do not land on the box office screen. External box office and door-sales roles do. Scanners and volunteers land on Scan tickets instead.
