Sales snapshots on the workspace home
Who it is for: merchants.
If you sign in as a merchant, the workspace home now shows how many events you have, recent sales, and coupon use. Those snapshots used to live only on the merchant dashboard.
Detailed financial reports stay on the Financial page. The home is a snapshot, so you can see how sales are going without opening the full report.
Card payments for front-of-house
Who it is for: external box office and front-of-house staff.
You can take a card payment on a Yoco Speedpoint, the same way venue box office staff can. Use this when you are selling at the door on an external or front-of-house login.
Clearer labels on financial exports
Who it is for: anyone exporting sales for reconciliation.
- Complimentary tickets, including COMP and Teaterhelp, are labelled Comp.
- A door sale on an external card machine stays labelled as that card machine, even when the amount in Seatme is R0 and nobody entered a coupon.
- Those door sales stay separate from free tickets and from complimentary tickets.
