Products and FAQs

Merchant products sold with tickets, and the FAQs shown on events.

Products

Products are extras you sell with tickets, such as a programme or a meal, when your role includes them. Owners and administrators can create and edit them. They appear in checkout with the tickets when the event offers them.

Products are not ticket types. Ticket prices and door-only types are set on the event.

FAQs

FAQs are the questions shown with your events. Marketing, owners, and administrators can edit them. They are public copy for buyers, not internal notes.

If either page is missing from Catalog, your role does not include it.
