How to find a Seatme order, what it shows, and what a merchant can change.

Orders lists sales for the events you can see. Open an order for the buyer, the seats or ticket types, the performance, and how it was paid.

What an order shows

• The Seatme order reference, which looks like SM- followed by eight characters. Use that reference with the buyer and on card-machine receipts. The long internal id is not what you read out at the door.
• Buyer name and email.
• Event, performance, seats, and any extras.
• Payment method. A coupon is a discount on the order, not the way it was paid. If the buyer used a coupon and paid the rest on a card machine, the payment stays the card machine.
• A door sale records who rang it up, so you can see which staff member took it.

What you cannot change here

Merchant order pages do not let you rewrite the buyer's email. Seatme support does that from the admin order, then resends the tickets if the buyer needs them again.

Complimentary seats are issued from Comp tickets, not by editing a paid order down to zero.
