What you see
The Workspace menu for front of house, and the pages that stay hidden.
Workspace is your home. It lists the events you are assigned to. You do not see another merchant's events, and you do not see events outside your scope.
On your menu
- Dashboard opens Workspace.
- My Events lists the events you can work.
- Scan tickets opens the door scanner. The steps are in Entry scanning.
- Orders lists sales for those events.
- Profile is your own name, email, and password.
Hidden on purpose
These stay off your menu even if someone expected them there:
- Venues
- Seating charts
- The Box office button
- Financial reports and exports
- Team, company settings, and legal
Event statistics are hidden for front of house. Attendee lists used while scanning stay on the scanner.
